About Ben
Regarded as “a captivating, charismatic presence onstage, and a selfless, kind soul offstage,” guitarist Ben Weise is one of the premier up-and-coming musicians on the east coast.
Characterized by his warm demeanor, deep pocket, tasteful lines, and facial expressions, Ben’s passion for music knows no bounds. You’ll see him regularly performing across the United States in cover bands, original bands, weddings, musical theatre productions, jazz, blues and rock bands. Ben also works with a variety of artists as a session guitarist and collaborator.
Ben regularly performs at DROM, The Stone Pony, The Bitter End, and many other venues across the U.S., and shares the stage with esteemed names such as Regina Martin, Matt Kane, Mike Bond, Alex Cohen, Phillip Michael Parsons, Alena Ciera (guitarist of David Byrne’s American Utopia), T-Bone Motta (Public Enemy), Richie Cannatta (Billy Joel), Tommy Bowes (Tower of Power, Blood, Sweat & Tears), Paul Cuffari (Wallace Roney), Benny Harrison (Joe Bonamassa, Peter Criss, Joe Lynn Turner), and the U.S. Airmen of Note. He recently played guitar on the MSC Cruises’ Europa from September 2022 through April 2023, sailing across France, Italy, Spain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. Currently, he is the Guitar 1 chair on the National Tour of Pretty Woman, traveling across the United States and Canada.
